1. Services Overview

1.1 Website Subscription Plans

George Fuller offers website subscription plans that provide ongoing website design, development, support, maintenance, and updates for businesses.

Services may include:

  • Website design and redesign

  • Website development

  • Content updates

  • Bug fixes and troubleshooting

  • Performance improvements

  • Security updates

  • Technical support

  • Website advice and consultation

Services are delivered on a monthly subscription basis and remain active while payments are maintained.

1.2 One-Off Website Projects

George Fuller also provides fixed-price website projects quoted individually.

Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms will be agreed in writing before work begins.

2. Subscription Terms

2.1 Monthly Plans

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically.

  • Clients may cancel at any time.

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods.

  • Services are provided only to the subscribing business and may not be transferred.

2.2 Fair Usage

Subscription plans are intended to provide ongoing support and development work within reasonable monthly capacity.

Work requests are completed in the order they are received and prioritised according to workload and urgency.

George Fuller reserves the right to discuss alternative arrangements if requests consistently exceed the intended scope of the subscription plan.

3. Scope of Services

3.1 Included Services

Depending on the subscription plan selected, services may include:

  • Website design

  • Website development

  • Landing page creation

  • Content updates

  • Website maintenance

  • Technical support

  • Website audits

  • Performance improvements

  • Basic SEO improvements

  • Plugin and CMS updates

  • Security monitoring

3.2 Excluded Services

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, subscriptions do not include:

  • Copywriting

  • Photography

  • Videography

  • Paid advertising management

  • Hosting costs

  • Premium plugin licences

  • Third-party software subscriptions

  • Domain registration fees

  • Large-scale custom software applications

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide:

  • Accurate project requirements

  • Required content and assets

  • Access credentials when necessary

  • Timely feedback and approvals

  • A designated point of contact

Delays in providing information may affect project timelines.

5. Website Hosting and Third-Party Services

Where applicable:

  • Clients remain responsible for their hosting, domain names, and third-party subscriptions unless otherwise agreed.

  • George Fuller is not responsible for outages, downtime, service interruptions, or failures caused by third-party providers.

  • Recommendations may be provided, but the final choice remains with the client.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

Upon full payment:

  • Clients receive ownership of completed website work created specifically for them.

  • Any third-party assets remain subject to their original licences.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use content they provide.

6.2 Portfolio Rights

George Fuller reserves the right to showcase completed work within portfolios, case studies, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Revisions and Changes

7.1 Subscription Clients

Reasonable revisions and amendments are included within the scope of ongoing subscription work.

Significant changes that substantially alter previously approved work may be treated as new requests.

7.2 One-Off Projects

Project quotations will specify the number of revision rounds included.

Additional revisions may incur additional charges.

8. Payment Terms

8.1 Subscription Plans

  • Payments are collected automatically through Stripe.

  • Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services.

  • Services will resume once outstanding payments have been settled.

8.2 One-Off Projects

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • 50% deposit required before work begins.

  • Remaining balance due before final website launch or handover.

  • Late payments may result in project delays.

9. Cancellation and Termination

9.1 Subscription Plans

Clients may cancel at any time through Stripe or by written notice.

Services remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

9.2 Termination by George Fuller

George Fuller reserves the right to terminate services where:

  • Payments remain outstanding.

  • Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour occurs.

  • Requested work is unlawful or unethical.

10. Confidentiality

Any confidential business information shared by clients will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law.

11. Data Protection and GDPR

George Fuller will process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Where services involve access to client websites, customer data, or business systems:

  • Personal data will only be accessed where necessary to provide the agreed services.

  • Appropriate technical and organisational measures will be taken to protect any personal data accessed.

  • Client data will not be shared with third parties unless required to deliver the service or required by law.

  • Clients remain responsible for ensuring their website, privacy policy, cookie policy, and data collection practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.

  • George Fuller does not provide legal or compliance advice unless explicitly agreed in writing.

12. No Warranty

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Whilst every reasonable effort is made to provide high-quality website design, development, maintenance, and support services, George Fuller makes no guarantee that:

  • A website will operate without interruption or error.

  • All bugs, issues, or vulnerabilities can be identified or resolved.

  • A website will achieve specific search engine rankings.

  • A website will generate a particular number of enquiries, leads, customers, sales, or revenue.

  • Third-party software, plugins, hosting providers, APIs, or services will remain available or continue functioning as expected.

Clients acknowledge that websites rely on third-party systems and technologies outside George Fuller's control, and no warranty, express or implied, is provided regarding their performance or availability.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • George Fuller's liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client during the preceding 12 months.

  • No guarantee is made regarding specific business outcomes, rankings, leads, sales, or revenue.

  • George Fuller shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

14. Service Availability

While every effort is made to respond promptly, website support services are provided during normal UK business hours.

Response times may vary depending on workload, complexity, weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.

15. Amendments

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on georgefuller.co.uk. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
